I highly not recommend these exam practice waste to money. Their contents are low standard and waste. It never help to prepare for the exam. I got failed after practicing from the measureup. Trust me. I don't want you to waste your money and time.

My school makes me go through Measure Up to get my MTA's. I reset my password because I couldn't remember it. I changed my password. I tried to log in. They lock my account. Okay Ill contact support. I send their support an email 2 days later no reply. I try to use their live chat support and it's another email. Not live chat at all. I call them. Their machine tells me to use their live chat.

Their live chat is an email. They dont check their emails. 8 days and 10 emails later. I still have gotten no response and can't finish my class probably will get a 0 if i cant get my MTA. Shit company.

Current CCNA holder - went through refresher courses to recertify. Bought practice exams from MeasureUP. Most of the hands on portions where you need to configure something just flat out did not work. I also ran into a few questions that had the completely wrong answers. As I thought I was losing my mind, I verified the information by comparing the questions with Cisco's and other reputable websites for information and found out that the information was in fact, incorrect.

I contacted customer support to ask for a refund, and since I bought the downloadable version - they said they cannot do anything except look into the test to see what went wrong. Example: Configure a subinterface - The practice exam would not let me even get into the interface to try and configure it. No variation of the command was working. Not happy with the service I've received for the price of the tests.
