New Horizons - Computer Learning Center

I've been working with New Horizons Atlanta, Allison Cartwright as Senior Account Executive, for almost 5 years through my company and have an excellent relationship with them. We have adopted New Horizons as our premier choice for Corporate Education and Technical Certifications. I highly recommend New Horizons Computer Learning Center and my staff of 75 nationwide technicians and engineers have all gained 3+ technical industry-standard certifications each within a 3 year period.

I would rate them a 10 if the scale went that high! Allison has been amazing, working with myself and my employees during and after the enrollment process, which has greatly improved customer relations and easy changes if something comes up. Working with New Horizons is always a great experience! But when I work with Allison Cartwright I am always reminded just how much I love this company. I have been taking online classes from New Horizons. The teachers are wonderful, if a student is struggling they stop and help them catch up. I have learned so much which helps with my job. I have signed up for several more classes and can't wait to take them. I would refer New Horizons to anyone who is looking to learn better computer skills. We contacted New Horizons when an employee of mine who had attended an academic excel class and was not very impressed she referred Mona Cross as an instructor. I took the Beginner Excel class for my job. It was way less stressful than I had anticipated. Very educational and useful to what I need it for. The instructor was very down to earth and was easy to follow. Will definitely be using NH for future classes.

I recently attended an online course through New Horizons on VMWare. It was an excellent class, the instructor Jay Burkey was great! The materials were organized and presented very well. The lab environment was excellent also, it was really great to work with the actual software creating, cloning, and v-motioning virtual machines. Overall a five out of five! Cant wait for my follow up class in June!

Working with Allison at New Horizons has been an absolute pleasure! She facilitated us through the entire sign up process for our company coupon pool as well as helped with course registrations. It was easy to sign up and easy to follow along with the instructors that led the classes. We first sought out New Horizons Computer Learning Center for Excel training and found they had much more to offer from the entire suite of Microsoft programs as well as leadership and human resources classes! The classes can be taken online or in person, whichever fit our employees learning styles better. I would highly recommend New Horizons to others

I took their Captivate 2017 course. My instructor Ryan was fantastic. Great teacher. Very knowledgeable and patient with new users. Literally nothing was a dumb question. I could not have done my job as well without this training and they did a great job. Cons - There were a few technical issues during the training. People getting kicked out of the session or given inaccurate login information. These were minor mishaps that were resolved in a manner of minutes or seconds. Overall - great program!

The content and examples used during our training class(es) were applicable and relevant. The instructor was engaging, responsive and enthusiastic. The two-day course I attended was fantastic and I will definitely be attending more courses through New Horizons when time permits. I highly recommend.

Great place to learn some essential computer and other IT training. The staff is very knowledgable and encourge continuing education. Access to the training materials after the classes end is a great feature.

I went to New Horizons to earn my Microsoft Office Specialist certification. The courses were well taught, the instructors were well informed, the office staff was pleasant and courteous and my account manager was responsive. It was an excellent experience. Needless to say, I passed all of my exams on the first try and I'm now a Microsoft Office Specialist!

New Horizons of Atlanta is a GREAT place to learn new computer skills or to build on your existing skills. The instructors are a wealth of knowledge. If you are looking to update your Microsoft Office skills or if your looking to get certified in Microsoft Office, I highly recommend New Horizons of Atlanta! They have a nice office located by Perimeter Mall which includes several classrooms and a testing center.
