Data was transferred, I was relieved and reassured, even from the first phone call; and I'll be back in the saddle, with just a one-day turnaround! Easy peasy, . thanks for the seamless return to computing, albeit in a new computer.

My desk Top PC came to an end and I panicked. Within two days it was 98% perfect. Many viruses removed and now works perfect. Thank you, Tom

The company I work for maintains my computer so when my daughters computer needed work, I wasn't sure where to go. I did the typical search and somehow surmised that the reviews I was seeing for the Friendly Computer Guru seemed genuine, sincere and excellent. I called and got a quick quote over the phone. The next morning the computer was working as good as new. Eric has been doing this work for almost two decades, and that is significant. Great work at a reasonable price. I'm very happy and will return the next time I need computer service.

Eric helped me diagnose what the problem was on my computer. From the very beginning he put up with my incessant questions and texts, always responding and keeping me up to date with everything. He was honest, straightforward, and treated it like he was helping a friend, not a business transaction. A great experience, and if anything happens to my computer again I will definitely bring it back to Eric!

I took my laptop to Eric to get the screen latch of my laptop repaired. The part took some time to come in, but he was responsive and kept me up to date by text. By the time the part came in, I took it to him and it was ready to go the next afternoon. My laptop screen latch was fixed up and he did a really great job. Eric is polite, reliable, and the cost of the whole thing was very fair. Highly recommend!

Did a great job! Was the only person I could find to fix my daughter's touch screen on her lap top for a reasonable cost and reasonable time frame. Geek Squad was almost double yet could not get me in for 30 days and said turn around time was over a Month. Erick took 1 week. Computer works like new. Highly recommend.

Eric arrived promptly. Was exceptional and knowledgeable of his profession. He worked in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the outcome. Also, did additional repairs that made my computer a lot faster. Would recommend him to anyone, and I just did!

I found Eric online and based on reviews, I decided to give him a try. I took a drive to him and was a bit wary when I noticed that it was a private home, but thought, with Covid-19 most everyone is working from home. Eric was professional, timely, technically savvy & capable; he was also super nice. I took a 2014 Macbook Pro with a bulging battery that was affecting my Trackpad and prevented the computer from closing.

He told me he would take care of it and informed, that it would take roughly 3 days. It did! The Friendly Computer Guru will be our go to for computer guy from now on. If you are looking for a stress free and trust worthy repair, this is your guy. Don't think it over, just call him!

I have hired Eric many, many times over the last decade (or probably more) to help with various computer issues. Being fairly illiterate in diagnosing and solutioning my own computer problems, , I rely on Eric as my "tech guy." Eric just knows what to do. He knows the panic a customer feels when they must stop work because of a technical issue, so he does his best to accommodate quickly.

He understands the frustration we non-technical people feel when we have no clue how to fix our own machines, and he never fails to break down the explanation of the problem just right and give just enough detail, but not too much.all the while being super humble and patient about it. Best of all, he just knows his stuff! Eric is very knowledgeable and skilled and has helped me tremendously through the years. I certainly would recommend Eric, and of course will hire him again when needed!

Eric was great! Fast, reliable, and got my computer working faster than ever. I was a little hesitant when I found out I was dropping my computer off at his home, but he could not have done a better job. My computer is my business and I will continue to use Eric for all of my IT needs.
