The classrooms are on a small side but clean and comfortable equipped with desktop computers. My keyboard was faulty so I reported the issue to the front desk and within seconds they replaced it. The break room has ample space and equipped with home appliances to accommodate the brown bagger group - full size fridge, 2 microwave, hot/cold water dispenser, two large coffee makers, bagels and donuts every morning, and freshly baked cookies to end the day. I recommend Phoenix TS to any students looking for a place to learn or take their proctored exam.

First, I just want to give a great big thanks to Phoenix TS for offering a free class furlough special. I learned about this offering on the news. I think this is a fantastic idea and I will certainly use this knowledge at my current job and any future jobs. Technology is the future. This is the kind of offering that really makes a difference. Without this offering, I don't think I would have ever discovered this company.
The courses are affordable so I will keep in mind for future training needs. The location in Columbia is undergoing some construction to expand to a higher floor in the same building. Due to that construction, we did not have afternoon cookies but we pretty much had everything else (bagels, donuts, croissants, soda, tea, coffee). Not just any coffee/tea either, we had fancy machines to make cappuccinos and a variety of flavored tea.
There was a communal area to eat, a microwave, and fridge available. There is a free parking garage onsite. Bathrooms only accessible with codes for security. The rooms were unbearably cold for me and many others. They are individually temperature controlled but changing the temperature did not seem to do much. I had a little trouble getting responses about the testing/voucher process.
I had to escalate the question to Operations to get answers and I just think that should be a more transparent process. The testing center I think is closed due to construction. At the end of the class, you have the option of taking the test right where you sit. That is pretty cool. They offer earplugs if you need them as well. That and the classroom temperature are my only complaints, but I think this offer alone deserves 5 stars. I will be back for testing and more courses.

If possible I take all exams at this location. It's clean, quiet, they provide lockers for your belongings and it's close by. They also provide headphones for an added sense of focused isolation. I've taken 3 exams here. Twice I was the only person in the testing center and the other time there was one person.

I had a great time learning ethical hacking. West Goewey was a very good instructor. He explained everything and gave us real-world experiences to help us understand the concepts. The training materials are very good, and the facility is nice. All staff members have excellent customer service skills.
