Gordon began working with Charlotte Street Computers as a PC tech in 2007. Since then he has taken on additional responsibilities of Onsite Service and 1-on-1 tutoring. Now he is ready for the ultimate responsibility of leading the company forward into a new chapter. Tom joined the Charlotte Street Computers team in 2008. He headed up Apple Sales, and also took on Classroom training and 1-on-1 tutoring, among other things like managing our website. Tom looks forward to continuing in the relationship with the many customers he has worked with over the years.

By now we all know the answer to that: there is little to no printed documentation with new electronic products. Even IF there was a manual in the box, it would be out of date as soon as the first update rolled in. That doesn't mean there isn't any documentation. It's just going to be digital. We have known about a few of these manuals (like iPad and iCloud) for some time, but we didn't know that Apple had online manuals for almost ALL of their software.This means you could do something like pull up Mac Pages help on your iPad and be reading while you work.

As a Premium Service Provider, Charlotte Street Computers works directly with Apple to provide in-warranty and out-of-warranty iPhone replacements. For iPhone repairs, Charlotte Street Computers asks for one to two business days for diagnostics. Note: Servicing your Apple device with genuine Apple parts will require the "Find My" feature to be temporarily disabled during the repair process.

Unprofessional and poor customer service. I went to get an iPhone battery replaced and Charlotte Street Computers refused to replace it unless I gave them my iPhone password, my Apple ID, and my iCloud password. The Apple website states that such sensitive data is not necessary to have the battery replaced. I have sensitive information on my phone which could subject me to liability if it was negligently disclosed in such a scenario.
I was very surprised as to their lack of an explanation as to why they require me to hand over complete and total access to my data. Charlotte Street Computers is unreasonable and I am now in search of a new computer repair firm.

Critical: Professionalism, Value The upfront cost is ridiculous m, especially paired with the exorbitant prices they charge for the actual repair. Very much approaching scam territory. Be wary. Could drive to the apple store in Greenville, pay for repairs, and drive home for $100 less than their quote. Really poor experience.

I had a macbook with some pretty annoying keyboard issues, but wasn't sure exactly how the repair lined up with my machine's warranty. The team at Charlotte St Computers got my inquiry and reached out immediately to talk through my options. When we finally scheduled the appointment, dropoff and pickup were quick, clean, and socially distant. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Charlotte St Computers for Apple repairs, and will likely wind up there next time I encounter a hardware issue.

They did a great job rebuilding my PC. Gordon did such a fantastic job on wiring my new case. I've never in my life seen such a neat job. Will use them whenever needed. All the people there were courteous and professional. They even recomended a case for me to get, this I assure you is above and beyond in the modern world as it is now.
