So happy I took the time to read reviews and contact David before taking my laptop to a big box store. He was patient with my lack of knowledge and incredibly helpful throughout the process. After he reset my laptop I contacted him again about updating an older model computer. David is quick to respond and invested in a positive outcome.

I went on a business trip to the SEMA show in Las Vegas which requires me to collect information for new products and ideas to share with future customers. The manufactureres there hand out new catologs and after visiting multiple booths over hours and days can become very cumbersome, because of this I choose to just take photos instead of collect catalogs.
On the last day and after 100's of photos and hours my micro SD card stopped working and I lost hours of hard work and was not going to have the time to revisit 2.5 days of time in 2 hours. I called multiple places when I got home in hopes of someone helping me retrieve my lost data and the only person willing to look into my issue was David Edgecomb.
I called, he was professional, polite, and willing to even stop by my work to look into being able to assist me. after not being able to retrieve the data quickly while at my work he took the SD card home and continued to investigate being able to help me. after 24 hours he called and appologized because there was nothing that could be done and my data was gone.
After spending his personal time digging and doing everything to help me he said he could not charge me since he was unable to retrieve any data. I did in fact give him some cash in thanks This is incredible service in my opinion and what we try to emulate through my business as well. Thank you for everything David
