I went to get my iPhone XS screen fixed, had no other issues with my phone but the face recognition that pretty much never worked for me. When I came to pick up my phone they said my ear speaker is not working, they couldn't test it before because there was no sim attached (I do think there was other ways to test) so they marked it as faulty and now they say it didn't work when I brought it.

I was offered a discount to fix it and the owner also said that I can trade it, I didn't feel comfortable to fix it there, and probably will never go there again or recommend this place.

They charged $99 for a "b-grade" used battery replacement for my iPhone 12 at the end of November. That battery only lasted 3.5 months, just past their parts warranty. Going to Apple today for a brand new battery for $69

They responded very quickly to my inquiry and even texted when I couldn't answer the phone, which is really helpful and convenient. They fixed my old MacBook in a few days and every person that worked there was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend.

The best! Staff is extremely friendly and they made my 9 year old mac laptop as fast as they day I bought it!

So this should have ended up a negative experience. i have an old Macbook Pro 2010 whose screen my boy busted. I love the thing (love my boy also, but the Mac's close), have gotten used to it, but Apple has unfortunately long stopped making parts for it, as I found out when I called around. Nobody had the exact replacement screen, except for Mac Masters.

So I dropped off my computer and waited. And waited. And waited. In all fairness, no longer than promised. But we get stressed out, because these things have taken over our lives. I then get a call that the new screen also had stuff wrong with it. I had been under the impression it was a new screen, so I got very upset. But we ended up working it out and the computer worked.

So I got over it. I later noticed that the screen actually "healed" itself! (it had a dropout in the left bottom when I picked it up). But then the camera wasn't working (I never use it, but you know how we're obsessed). So I called and they took care of it right away! In the meantime, I got a good deal on another computer. I work on them myself, so I tried to clone my first device.

No go. Again, couple of hours and they took care of it! And fixed a partition problem on the original machine without me asking (which returned 250 GB of SSD capacity to me). The short of it? Above and beyond, even with a rotten customer like myself ('cause I kind of was at the beginning, to be honest). So now they have a fan, for life. And I can't recommend them too highly.

They did a great job and made an extra effort to finish fixing my phone before they closed. Very good price too

I was referred here by a family member and it was the greatest, fastest service I have ever received! They diagnosed and resolved the issue with my iPhone in just 30 minutes! My phone also looks and feels brand new. They also applied multiple discounts for me which was much appreciated. I will be going here every time I have a tech issue.

Got a used mac book air from here! Good price and friendly helpful staff. Answered all my questions. They also fixed my iphone once. Did a great job.

My iphone 11 pro microphone & speaker didn't work as normal after some water damage. As a real estate agent, my phone is my lifeline and I was nervous that it would take a long time to repair. That was not the case - Jeremy was able to assess the damage quickly and got it back to me the same evening! This is the only place I will bring my macbook & phone in the future. 10/10 recommend and will be telling all of my friends and family. Amazing service.

Out of frustration, I previously left a poor review based on a very brief experience in which I made assumptions and thought the worst case scenario was what I would have to deal with. I will post another review once my repairs are finished, but they were extremely helpful and were able to explain everything to me to shed new light on what I thought was a hopeless case. Everyone that I've spoken with, customer service and technician-wise, were knowledgeable and friendly, in spite of my own frustration and misunderstanding.

Excellent experience! I am so happy that I found Mac Masters. I recently dropped my iPad and cracked the screen. Alessandra provided top notch customer service. I submitted an online inquiry, and she called me almost immediately. When I went in to drop off my iPad the following morning, Alessandra very clearly explained the process and pricing (very reasonable.) I had to leave my iPad overnight, but received a text the following morning stating that it was ready.

I just picked it up and could not be more pleased. Everything was done as specified and the quality of the work is flawless. I would completely trust Mac Masters if I ever needed to return for a repair for one of my Apple devices.

Just fantastic! I actually was refunded, when the Tech called me, he said I didn't need a complete keyboard replacement. Saved me $80. Honest, and great about staying in contact. Also, polite folks! Unlike the other Mac repair place, and love seeing a woman tech, who was just brilliant at keeping me up to date. Also, didn't insist I leave my computer for a week - key as a small business owner. My iPhone XR was cracked from a bad drop when I get out of my car snack on the pavement. I need it fixed in a hurry because I use my phone for work for Veyo and was without a job until I could get it working so I found Mac Masters in the neighborhood and they had great reviews so I went there and they said they could fix it real fast in 30 minutes. I was in and out real fast Louis helped me out with the whole repair process and recommended a new case and glass protector so it won't happen again great job Mac Masters
