Sixteen years after its inception, the Learning Network's partnerships extend to nearly every local non-profit agency, educational entity, and business in the city (downtown area) and industrial park. The Learning Network is structured in a way to respond to new needs rapidly and deliver programs at a location convenient and familiar to Clinton County residents.

Bridging the Gap (BTG) is a nationally recognized, 40-hour medical interpreter training course. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge necessary to interpret in a medical settings. ServSafe is an educational program developed by the National Restaurant Association to aid restaurants and other retail food handlers comply with U.S.
Learning a new language can be challenging. At our office we offer English classes where adults test into either basic, intermediate or advanced level classes to accommodate to their needs. Our teachers and program coordinators help you stay motivated to improve your communication in English day by day.
The High School Equivalency (HiSET) is an alternative way to earn a high school diploma. Your HiSET diploma can be earned after passing a test based on five subject areas including Math, Reading, Writing, Science and Social Studies. The skills you are taught and eventually tested on are at the same level of graduating seniors.
Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five, no matter their family's income. After launching in 1995, the program grew quickly. First books were only distributed to children living in Sevier County, Tennessee where Dolly grew up.
