Why do I keep getting a message on my iPhone saying that I do not have enough room to back up? Your iOS device is alerting you that you do not have enough iCloud storage to backup all the selected data on your device. This issue can stem from multiple sources; hardware or software. To accurately determine the cause it is best to bring the device in for a free diagnostic at our front desk at either the Beachside or Viera location. This situation is most likely from using the same Apple I.D. on multiple devices that do not belong to 1 person.

Last year doing our taxes I got the impression from Turbo Tax that I would need to upgrade my computer to do our taxes this year and I had been stressing about buying a new computer for $2000 (more or less). Well, today I called the local authorized Apple store, Visual Dynamics and spoke to the tech who answered the phone. He emboldened me to just try updating my OS.

I did that and it seems to have worked. We shall see as the tax prep process goes forward, but so far I have been able to upload the 2021 version of Turbo Tax and start the process. My point is that the tech at Visual Dynamics could have just sold me a new computer, but instead he "may" have saved me $2000.

I'm really impressed with my first experience with Visual Dynamics. My iMac couldn't upgrade to the latest OS, Big Sur, because of a glitch in the fusion drive. They wiped the drive to clear whatever was causing the glitch and installed the new operating system. All this was done in less than 24 hours and my iMac runs like new. Very reasonable price for what they did.

Brought in my Macbook Pro 2018 for a failed battery, they fixed it but when I got it back all of the USB ports are loose and keep loosing connections, make it difficult to even get power to it. The Wifi and Bluetooth are now intermittent and keep resetting my external monitors, it make the Macbook almost unuseable. I spoke to Apple and they said they did not see a entry for testing by these guys before the gave it back.

Now I have to sent to Apple (not these guys) and they are going to replace most of the internal hardware. NOT HAPPY - and they didn't even say they were sorry for the damage they caused, bad attitude, never again, don't make the same mistake I did - go someone else.

After visiting twice on a Saturday to service my failing Mac, waiting 20 minutes each time for my chance to explain what I needed, I grew frustrated and left. They only have one person working and no way to make an appointment on-line. I've always had a love/hate relationship with these folks as they tend to be lacking basic customer service skills. I am happy to say I just purchased a Mac on-line from Apple and I will not be returning to Visual Dynamics ever again.

I had my iPhone 11 screen replaced and within 2 weeks of service the screen is now bulging off my device and my battery is now acting up. Odd because when they ran the diagnostic on my phone initially there was no issues. The work is rushed. Go the extra distance to an actual apple location because these clowns are only trying to take your money.

** Beware - Apple Scam!. I made an appointment through Apple to have my iPhone battery replaced. After standing outside for a half an hour past my appointment while they worked on a walk in, I was charged an extra $40 fee that you don't pay at Apple stores! Save your money and go to an actual Apple store!

I brought my Mac Book Pro in for service to have the battery replaced. When I went back to get the computer 2 weeks later the battery was fine at least as far as I know. The screen on the other hand is all kinds of messed up. It looks like it has leopard spots. I was told that "that happens to those models of computer." I said when I brought the computer in and handed it to you it wasn't that way. I was told in response that they only worked on the battery, not on the screen and would admit doing nothing wrong. DO NOT go here for repair!

Thank you AJ. I called to get some information in regards to my needs and I was treated with honesty and all options objectively. I wasn't pressured to pay what the cost would have been to make the needed upgrades and was informed of all the downsides as well, given the age of my device. Not at all happy. Apple referred us to this business to fix the iPhone. They couldn't fix it & had to send it to be repaired. The guy said it would be about 3-5 days. A week later, we called and another guy said it was ready. We drove 40 minutes to get it, just for the Tech to tell us that it was not ready and that his manager must have given us false info.

A few days later, we called back just to have a girl tell us she could see the phone was shipped, but no more info than that (no tracking, nothing). We called back a few days later, and they said they had no info for us. I contacted Apple directly, they gave an apology, said the phone should have been sent to our home (which VDI said wasn't an option), still no more info was given.

A day later, the iPhone finally arrived to the store. Names and info on the repair order were incorrect (not very professional). 40 minute drive back to grab the phone after almost 2 weeks. If we ever have an issue with another Apple product, we will drive the extra miles to go to an actual Apple store. Way too much of a run around at this place! Always a different story when talking to their people. poor business practice.

I first came in to visual dynamics a few years back needing service on my watch and phone and was BLOWN AWAY by the fantastic service and assistance I received. I told everyone where to go knowing how satisfied they'd be. Then I heard from a few people I referred that they had moved and they were left feeling disappointed in the level of service. I recently needed some work done on an older Mac Book pro.

I had a fan replaced and the software reloaded. A week after they worked on this computer, which had never had an issue in 10 years, the screen stopped working. I brought it back And was told (rudely) it was a new issue and it would cost me the same to reboot the software again. with little to no options, I reluctantly sent it through service again. Now a month later, THE SAME PROBLEM ALL OVER AGAIN. It should cost me another $120 but I fear calling back to get the same rude response and zero accountability.

I am shocked to read the previous reviews of Visual Dynamics in The Avenues, Viera, FL. I've visited this store over the last few years when Sprint told me my iPhone needed to be replaced, and Visual Dynamics had my phone restored within an hour and at No Charge! I have had other issues with my tablet and again, they did a back-up, a reset and refused to charge me. Yesterday, I took my iPhone in with a SIM card issue.

I was given prompt service and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes, at No Charge. I tipped the guy, of course, for his expertise, but I'm amazed that I've never had anything but superior service, when others haven't. I can't account for the opposite levels of customer service experienced at the same location, but I can honestly say I'm thrilled with the level of service I received each time I dealt with Visual Dynamics.

I also admit I'm not the easiest person to please, so keep that in mind as well. I will continue to take my Apple devices to this Viera store and hope the service continues to be excellent. Kudos!

Reviews can be very helpful to gauge your possible experience, as everyone knows. But unfortunately the swift justice of public opinion can sometimes cause misperceptions and imbalance towards potentially open minded new customers. I found my experience to be right in line with any other technology retailer/repair center. I broke my keyboard of my MacBook Pro and needed an immediate repair as I had travel coming up.

The associate was reasonable and knowledgeable. Very accommodating to my situation, was able to make a temporary repair to get me back on my feet and communicated the time requirements and needs for a long term solution. Can't ask for anything more than that. It certainly helps that I walked in with an open mind that I may not be able to get this resolved instantly.

I see no reason why I wouldn't return to do more business. The accessories seemed a little out of date and the selection seemed a little low. Everything else seems on par. Good to go!

First off, don't expect Apple to make you an appointment with an independent store. That concept is just silly; for those that don't realize. when you call Apple for tech support the person is located in Canada, India or some place 1000 miles away from you. they have no idea what the policies of every store in the US are-independent or Apple. Apple online support is barely able to even locate a store.something I can do on Maps in about 30 seconds.

In short, call the store yourself and make an appointment like a normal human being instead of relying on Apple chat to make an appointment-or do something super uncommon these days. actually walk in and have a face to face chat. the Visual Dynamics team was incredibly helpful with or without an appointment. With that being said, Visual Dynamics did a great job at getting my phone repaired under warranty.

The team was super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me understand what could be malfunctioning and what the proper course of action for repair would be. I only had my Iphone for 4 months-bought from a cell phone provider-before it started having issues of freezing. My phone is now working 100% and I couldn't be happier. I will be a repeat customer due to my positive experience with this Apple premiere partner-and it sure beats driving to Orlando.

Service is rude, inefficient and overpriced! Best Buy has a friendly Apple Rep and I bought a laptop $100 cheaper there. I don't know how they stay in business. The beachside location is worse, so condescending. Not worth the one star rating

Terrible service and customer support! Brought iMac in with AppleCare appt. Was told, "Those appointments don't mean anything. Just bring in your stuff with or without it." I described problem and what I had done to try to fix it. Then tech asked me if I had tried.(things I had just said that I had tried.) I asked, "Hey I lost my apple TV remote as well. Does THIS one work with the very first Apple TV?" Tech: "Yes!" I bought it.

It did NOT work with 1st Apple TV but I was later told by these folks, "We don't take returns if you have opened packaging." Me: "It's YOUR error, so you WILL take it back." Tech: "I'll ask my manager." They did take it back but the person who was supposed to reimburse my credit card CHARGED IT A 2ND TIME INSTEAD! This requires another long drive there for them to fix. Waited 2 days then called about my iMac.

They had not looked at it yet. I was told someone would call me by the end of the day. No one called me. This went on for a week. iMac had not been opened or worked on and I waited on hold for 15 or 20 minutes while the person answering the phone tried to get info. about when they might actually work on iMac. They finally opened it and said they had to order a logic board.

Several days later and more time on hold for me, they still had no idea when the part would come in. This went on for 2.5 weeks! One of these times I happened to be nearby (I live far away from this location) and called, waited on hold and was told "It will be ready in 10 minutes." I drove over to get it 30 minutes later. It wasn't ready. I waited 10 more minutes but had to leave without it due to prior appt. elsewhere. I can't imagine how these folks could be any worse at what they do! Would NEVER use them for AppleCare again.

Initially, I was disappointed. I had made an appointment for a battery replacement for my phone that I purchased off of eBay used. It was perfectly functional before I took it in. Came back about an hour and a half later and they explained that something had gone wrong during the replacement and my TouchID on my iPhone no longer worked due to a rare mistake.

They said they would fix it of course without charge by shipping it out to Apple. I later found out that the wifi antenna also was broken during the process and I went back to tell them so I was provided a loan phone when the phone they broke would go to Apple. I was given a new phone from Apple about a week later and now I am completely satisfied. In conclusion, they do fix their mistakes.

I have to add my voice to the other reviewers who reported Visual Dynamics does not honor service appointments made by Apple on their behalf. At the very least, they could call the affected customers and tell them their service couldn't be performed at the appointed time. I even wrote in the notes section of the appointment exactly what service I needed and they still made no effort to contact me and tell me that it couldn't be done that day.

Business is run terribly. Went in for my appointment to get my battery changed for my iPhone. I immediately was meant with "Apple" is posting incorrect info, if you made your appt. on the Apple website they are not coordinating with us, we have no technician here, they are only here on certain days blah blah blah. They said they are trying to fix the situation. what ever happened to a business taking responsibility for their part in misleading and wasting a customers time.

If I were a business and Apple was misleading my customers, it would be all over the local newspaper, notice on the door etc. There were no customers in the store when I arrived and based upon other reviews I can see why. Will never take my business there again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! They don't' deserve even the one star, if there was choice of of 0 I would have used it. The worst customer service I have faced so far by far. I was booked by Apple at this place to change my battery for my iPhone 6 Plus a week ago. After driving almost for an hour and half, I arrived at this shop to find out that they didn't had any technicians or the spare battery.

The young man beyond the counter was rude, not apologetic and it seems he didn't even care. After I asked him if he knew that there would be no technicians or the spare batteries why he didn't advice me in advance to save me the time and miles to drive all the way. His response was that he didn't find the time FOR A WEEK to warn the customers.

I called Apple customer care and told them what happened, they called the shop and the shops sales person told to the Apple reps that he offered me to order the batteries, which he didn't. They are is not only bad sales reps but liars as well.

Dec 26th, 2017 Initial impression was terrible! I called to confirm my appointment Apple set up for help moving data from old iPhone to new iPhone for myself and my daughter. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional telling me that Apple had not set up my appointment correctly and what I needed was a training session. I was also told there was an hourly rate for services.

This made me very upset due to the fact I was only in town for 2days to see my daughters. I had specifically set up this appointment to transfer my old iPhone to my daughter as a Christmas present. Time was very important in this situation. I asked Apple representative if she was sure I was ok with going to this location for the services I needed and she assured me all could be handled.

All was saved though by an awesome customer service representative named Savanna. She helped me through the process of switching the information on the phones! She really saved the day! I have one suggestion for the management of this store. If Apple is setting up appointments for services you don't provide or you have no specific information, then maybe it would be a good idea to have someone call ahead to alleviate possible issues.

I have been here a couple of times, and keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today, I went in there with a problem with my MacBook Pro. The first lady I spoke with, tried to explain to me that it was more cost-effective to purchase a new computer versus getting a new hard drive. After digging a little deeper, it's a difference of over $1000.

I waited to speak to the technician. When I finally spoke with him, I couldn't get a straight answer out of him. I understand that you often have to open things up to really get down to the nuts and bolts, but he was completely elusive. His explanation was beyond vague and he was not friendly at all. I would much rather drive an hour to Orlando then to drive four minutes than to ever have to go to that store ever again. Sadly, this place does not have any customer service.

What a rip off. After years of buying laptops, wifi, ipads and getting things serviced the manager wants to refuse my return and give me store credit with 15% restocking fee. The adapter didn't even work! Needless to say I could have bought it at Target or Walmart and had no issue. Buy direct from Apple store, the take returns and don't have a attitude like the douche bag manager. Other guy was cool and respectful. Gave me full return and said don't come back. No problem asswipe, hope the $4 was worth it. Never again with this company! FUUFF

This is an Apple certified store. It sells consults repairs for any Apple product. The staff is friendly and professional. There was one in particular Chavez (not sure of his name-sorry) he was a saint advised us on which case was safer and which had a warranty which he used for his own devices. He took his time and with great precision and attention to detail put on the most perfectly put screen protectors on our new xmas 6 pluses and I have worked at verizon wireless and seen talent lol. Honestly he did an amazing job and just a great guy! Thank you!
