We want to thank everyone for all the support you gave to us for over the past 22 years. Your patronage covered us over the three retail locations we worked from as well as helped us raise two great kids and provide work for people in our community. But all good things must come to an end. Also please check our website and facebook pages for sales we will be having before the end of the year. It will also be through these outlets that we'll explain how our new remote service will work, pricing, and other details.

We provide high quality customer and technical service at a low price compared to our competition. We are the only computer store that provides 100% customer service and one on one time with our customers.
Is your computer slow, or possibly infected with a nasty virus. Well you don't have to bring your computer in store. If you have access to the high speed internet then we should be able to do the work remotely. Remote cleans can take 1- 3 days depending on complexity of virus.
We here at Raven Computers have a great understanding of what parts and components go together to make a sturdy, powerful and fast computer. And to showcase some of our builds we are presenting the 3DMark06 Video and CPU benchmark scores of the computers we have built. If you own a Raven Computer and have the 3DMark06 software please run a benchmark with all tests included and send us a screenshot of your results so we can post them.
Lots of times there are common issues with computers that can be easily solved with simple troubleshooting steps. Question: I cannot get on the internet, what do I do? Question: How do I change the size of my picture on my screen? Question: : My Avast software tells me my subscription is running out.

I was so impressed with you and how you worked on my computer even when you didn't feel well. You are such a hard worker and really put yourself out there for your clients. I am so happy you are still going to be there the help us when we are in direr need. I also know you deserve to have a nice life with all your past hard work. I love the way my security works on my computer and I couldn't do it without you.

Excellent! Superb customer service. I had multiple things done to my laptop. More memory, physically cleaned & swept all the bugs and viruses etc. I have an external hard drive set up for a backup. In addition to my laptop I got my daughter an amazing refurbished laptop (which I think I'm envious now) It swivels, and it also has a touchscreen. It's quite awesome. If you're looking, call Raven.

Called Raven Computers around 10. The lady (if you're reading this I'm very sorry I don't remember your name) who answered was polite. Dropped it off around 10:30. Picked it up at 3. Way faster than I thought and it's working perfectly now. 10/10 would recommend.

Called Raven yesterday about putting a new battery into my laptop. Told me they could do it tomorrow so today I went there to have them do it and it was done quickly and everything is working fine. They even cleaned the outside of my computer and keyboard and it looks great! Highly recommended and also glad to support an independent local company.

Steve cleaned computer of dust, checked fans working OK and updated bios which was part of reason for some issues I had with my desktop. Staff helped me carry the box outside when it was time to pick it up. Definitely recommend it.

They rebuilt a computer for my husband. He was very happy with their ability to customize the screen and desk top. Since then we have taken all of our computers to them. Most reasonable and honest computer place!

I recently brought my laptop in to have the keyboard replaced and to have the computer cleaned up - it was running very slowly, especially on startup. Work was done in the expected timeframe and ended up being cheaper than expected! I'm definitely pleased I brought my computer here instead of taking it to somewhere like Best Buy.

Brandon at Raven Computers fixed my laptop after my toddler got a hold of it and dropped it. Ultimately I needed several parts replaced and everything was fixed as promised for the price that was quoted. I work from home, so they were able to get it evaluated and the parts ordered so I could take it home and bring it back when the parts arrived. (It was functional, just cracked and the hinge was broken). I appreciated their frequent communication with me throughout the process as well.

I bought a laptop & desktop computer because of the good reviews, & think it's the one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. They were supposed to transfer my old files from the desktop to the new one, which they did, but unfortunately, my files dating back to 1990s, could not be opened & read on the new computer & I had donated my old one to them.

I brought in both computers several times, while under warranty, but nothing ever got fixed. Finally, I just went back to using my 5 year old laptop, which was missing 3 keys & some pixels, but still worked better than their 'new' ones. I finally was able to get some of the problems fixed by the free computer help at the library, which Raven never did fix.

Great customer service. He ordered the part I need a new touch pad for my laptop. The part was going to take over the weekend to come in so he let me borrow a mouse. The part came in and I brought it back in. The turnaround was great. It was done by the next day. I also didn't feel overcharged either. His customer service and promptness were well worth it. And the labor charge really wasn't bad.

Have to say that I had a great experience with them. I brought in my desktop unit that they very quickly diagnosed as having a bad PSU. They had it fixed and ready to pick up within the hour for only $90 which is about what I would have paid on my own to try and fix it myself. The person was then courteous enough to carry my tower out to my car since my arms were filled with my 15 month old daughter. First time using them and I was impressed with the price and service.

This was a complete surprise. Best retail experience I have ever had.my netbook was fried. They brought it back to life and upgraded it to work better than when it was new. AND for the agreed upon price. If you are looking for great service at reasonable and honest pricing this is the place. BRAVO RAVEN

This place is great if you are looking for experts to help out with basically any of your technical needs when it comes to computers. I even went there once to get a computer amplifier repaired; they said that they couldn't do it but referred me to an A/V repair place down the road, who were equally as helpful and reasonably priced. As for pricing, they charge quite a bit less than much of the competition out there: Geek Squad, Apple Store, etc. The computers they have built for me and my business have all run great and been delivered to spec on-time, every time.

I took my computer here when it crashed (right before finals of course). All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When talking to me about my computer and their opinions, they were very open and honest and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all due to the fact that I am young, female, an clearly not a tech genius.

What really stood out to me during my experience of working with Raven was that after I got my computer back, I realized they had forgotten to put my files back onto the computer. When I called, they were so apologetic, and they immediately sent someone to drive downtown to my apartment to pick the computer up and then bring it back when it was fixed. THIS is how costumer service is supposed to be.

I was so thankful and impressed that they did not make their mistake my problem, and it reminded me that when someone makes a mistake, it doesn't have to be an anger inducing experience if they are quality customer service representatives and are honest about making a mistake and doing everything in their power to fix it without inconveniencing anyone else. Such a great experience, my computer is still working great, I would send anyone here knowing that they will be taken care of.
