NR Computer Learning Center (NRCLC) work with schools, educational institutions and organization to help students learn technology and prepare for IT Associate Certificate exam including Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Infrmation Technology Specialist (ITS) and more.

Walking in was a typical testing center experience. They were very covid conscious and I liked that. They required masks, kept space in the small waiting room, and required hand sanitizer before using the computer. Then they walk you in a 10x10 room thats crammed with people. There was 7 people in there with a maximum of 1 feet between us. The airflow was awful.the equipment awful.the monitor was 480p.felt like i was seeing doubles. Overall testing experience sucked. Avoid this place

This was the most unprofessional testing center I have ever attended. 1. This is during COVID times, and I was sat right near another tester, in a room that must have had at least 30 computers and no one else in the room, but the two of us. I asked to be moved and the staff moved me three seats away instead of the other side of the room (which would have been a safer place to sit, as I was there for 3 1/2 hours). 2.

The staff came in two times and was banging on several keyboards, which is extremely distracting while taking a high stakes test. 3. When my test was over I needed to check out. The one staff member there went to lunch, and I was told by someone in another office that she would not be returning until her lunch was over and I would have to wait. My test was over, I had to get back to work.

I did not have an option of staying there. The staff had locked my keys and wallet in a safe box. I needed to leave immediately as I had timed out my test and work responsibilities. It was unbelievable really, that I was being there against my will (as I could not leave without my keys and wallet and checking out). I am still is disbelief at the experience I had there. No company should allow their test to be administered at this facility. It is a POOR situation. I paid a lot of money as well to take the test.

This center either has no contingency for when their computers are down or the agent didn't know about it. Instead of receiving an automated email stating that the center I was scheduled at is closed for technical issues and here is a voucher number to reschedule ASAP (today if possible, since I took off work today), I had to go all the way down there only to find out that the computers are down and that I personally needed to call to reschedule.

When I called, I had to wait an hour only to be told that I just needed to wait for a week for an email to go out with a reschedule voucher. So now I have to somehow retain all this information I've studied for the past week for yet another week. But I think I had better luck than the agent herself who I heard calling tech support on her personal cell phone and getting, "we're sorry, but all agents are currently busy, please hang up and call again later."

Three words: Amazing, helpful, Kind Came here for my i9-Verification the person helping me was really kind! Process took no longer than 5 minutes. Highly recommend anyone to come here! For those skeptical about their health standards this place is on par with safety in terms of Covid-19 Protocols.

This place is NOT enforcing test takers to wear masks, nor do they sanitize the computers after people use them for testing or provide sanitized pens for filling out paperwork. Also, they are not enforcing social distancing in their small testing rooms, and the employees themselves were not all wearing masks.

Staff are not friendly, not well trained and slow. They also don't wear name tags, no chance to know their names for feedback. A young lady gave me a wrong customer care number, I had to come back to get another one but still not the right one. Room and cubicles are too compact. Hardly come back!

Had to take a technical certification exam. This was a great location with plenty of space and good computers. Great Orange County location for taking technical exams.

I was able to get in and take my certification test with no issues. It sucks that Prometrics doesn't have stations closer to San Diego, but if you find this one as your closest, it is a well run location for testing.

Very clean and comfortable testing environment in a nice facility. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Checkin is always quick too.
