He works at the level of the individual having technical problems without making them feel technologically inept (since most of us here are not very tech savvy). He also takes the time to show us how to "fix" common problems so we are not having to call him and we save ourselves a service call. I have worked with the guys at RMTT for many years now. Brandon, Ben, Dave, Derek, and Matt have always gone above and beyond to assist and resolve any IT issues that have come up with our companies. I don't know of too many IT professionals that would answer their email at 9p at night for an "IT emergency" - when I accidentally drenched my laptop - yet Ben did. This company lacks all professionalism. They create problems just so that you have to call and be billed $150 an hour! Even their invoices list doing things that we never requested them to do
