Shocking customer service. They cannot get the basics right and unfortunately customer centricity is non existent. Email response is tardy that's if they bother at all. I have seen many customers let down.

Company itself is awesome, but I don't recommend work on Config department, I used to work there as a Configuration Engineer and management treat people very badly in there, they can't even say thank you or appreciate your work.
